Refund Policy
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process: To start a return, you can contact me at wanderlustcandlecompanyusa@gmail.com to let me know why you are not satisfied with your purchase. It is my goal for every customer to enjoy every item you purchase, and I will do my best to make that happen. Once I reply to your return request and agree to accept the return, please package your order back into it’s original packaging and send it to the following address: Wanderlust Candle Company, LLC., 2855 Antietam Lane, West Palm Beach, 33409. All items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and I recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. A lot of care goes into packaging up your order, but unfortunately sometimes things do get damaged in transit. If your order is received and one or more of your items is damaged and cannot be used, or product is incorrect, please email me at wanderlustcandlecompanyusa@gmail.com, along with a picture of the damaged item and damaged packaging. I will work with you to resolve the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
